Build your price list

Save the parts and labour you quote most often, with your cost, sell price and tax category.

1. 1Go to Settings → Price list and choose to add an item.
2. 2Enter a name, unit, your cost and the sell price, and pick the tax category.
3. 3Save. The item is now searchable from the quote builder under “Add from price list”.

Editing an item changes future quotes only — quotes you've already sent keep the exact prices the customer saw. Archive items you no longer sell instead of deleting them.

Set your labour cost rates in Settings so job costing can show what each job really made.
