What happens when my trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep working. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: you can still see every customer, quote and invoice, but you can't create new ones. Nothing is deleted, and you're never charged automatically when a trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away with a prorated charge; moving down takes effect at your next renewal. Your data stays exactly where it is.
Which currency am I billed in, and is tax included?
Prices are shown in your country's currency (US dollars where we don't price locally yet). You're billed in your business's currency, set by the country you choose at signup — never a converted amount. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with an active login to your business, including the owner — office staff, dispatchers and technicians. Customers accepting quotes never need an account.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans are paid upfront at a lower price than twelve monthly payments.
