Who we are

TradieQ provides job management software for trade businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in security settings.
• Business records you enter: customers, sites, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments.
• Usage and security logs used to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, to send transactional messages you ask us to send (such as job updates and quote links), and to support you. We don't sell personal information.

Your customers' information

When you store your customers' details in TradieQ, you remain responsible for that information and we process it on your behalf. Marketing messages are only sent where consent has been recorded.
