Get extra work approved (variations)

Send additional scope from site and get the customer's approval in writing.

1. 1On the job, create a variation with the extra lines and why it's needed.
2. 2Choose Send variation. The customer gets a link to approve or decline.
3. 3Approved variations are included when you issue the invoice from the completed job.

You can withdraw a variation or revoke its link if plans change.
