Set up recurring service

Record the equipment you look after and let TradieQ create each service job.

1. 1Go to Maintenance → New asset. Choose the customer's site, give the unit a name you'll recognise (for example “Daikin 7kW split — lounge”) and, optionally, its serial number.
2. 2Create a service plan for the asset with how often it's due (in days) and the first due date.
3. 3When a service falls due, TradieQ creates the job once — never twice. Pause a plan if the customer puts it on hold.
