Create and send a quote

Build a quote from your price list and send the customer a secure link.

1. 1Go to Quotes and start a new quote, or choose New quote from a customer.
2. 2Pick the customer and site, then add lines from your price list or type them in. GST is worked out on each line.
3. 3Set how long the quote is valid, then Save draft.
4. 4Choose Send quote. Copy the secure link to send yourself, or have TradieQ email or text it to the customer.

The link is shown once

For security, the full customer link is only displayed when you send. If you need to send it again later, use “Send link” on the quote — TradieQ delivers it without you needing the original.
